TNT Nairobi has miraculously lost my package. - Consumer Complaint for TNT Express Worldwide (K) Ltd

My wife sent me a package with TNT that had to transit through Nairobi to get to me. My package was logged as being arrived in Nairobi and then vanished into thin air. This is a physical impossibility, so at best I suspect it was stolen by one of their employees.
