VOUCHER - Consumer Complaint for INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICE

On Saturday i ordered a ps voucher online. After paying i waited for my voucher nr. I did send a email and only got reply this morning. They said i must go to my nearest store and they will assist me further. Why did i order o line? I am 100km from the nearest town with a Store and i don't have transport, that is why i ordered online. My order number is 300429037
