Order cancelled no - Consumer Complaint for McDonald's - Vanderbijlpark

Yesterday on the 23 Oct I have order spicy cajun burger at McDonald via mr deliver. I was only told that the order is called after 1h10 . They informed me that they will refund me . I am still waiting even now . Then I was left without lunch.
