I returned my Garmin Forerunner 30 Slate to Incredible Connection Tygervalley Centre (Ref MBI483575) on the 7th of December 2020. I also called the supplier (Garmin) today 5th Jan 2021 (Waybill number LY27640529)but were advised that they don't have any record of it been returned to them. The technician could also not provide me with feedback as to why it's taking so long. Please advise how do I escalate this matter to have it resolve. Thank you
