Veeeeeery Loooooooooong Delaaaaaaaayy - Consumer Complaint for Metropolitan Bank PH

Metropolitan Bank PH...i applied for a credit card last week of February. The bank branch stated that they sent my application to the metrobank head office month March . i received an email confirming the approval of my card application last June.. well thats not the main issue here since it’s Pandemic that might be considered. June 16, i received an sms informing the delay of the delivery of the card m. But what’s unacceptable is that the card delivery had came up to 6 attempts.! 6 unsuccessful deliveries for baseless reason .. up to now, what they do is just recording/filing report and complaints... how many complaints do i need to file just to have that card delivered successfully... This is unfair . why do we have to suffer from their lapses.. please address this issue.. (not to mention their incompettitive customers rep. they’re useless robot)
