Lack of proper customer service - Consumer Complaint for Snatcher Online

I required a simple basic refund to be processed .I was given the run around.The excuse used was your refund is with the accounts department to it takes 7 days to process a refund.Please change your refund policy .It's slow and outdated.I will not be buying from Snatcher online again ever !!!

The refund from Snatcher online eventually reflected in my bank account.
