MY REFUND IS TAKING SO LONG, I ALREADY SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS THEY REQUIRE. THEY DONT EVEN UPDATE ME WHAT IS THE STATUS, I PAID 4thousand aed for their poor service, very very poor.

AS USUAL EVERYDAY IM SENDIN A MESSAGE BUT NO REPLY, I ALSO PUT A MESSAGE ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE IN COMMENT SECTION - THEY BLOCKED ME!!

complaint already raised to DUBAI CONSUMER
