Taking too long to deliver - Consumer Complaint for METROPOLITAN LIFE

My mom sent 5 boxes from the US NJ. Arrived from taiwan 3 days after to manila dec. 23 tr1170024220 delivered after 2 days dec. 25 tr1170024033/050 delivered dec. 28 las pinas. There are still 2 boxes 1170024203/181 bound for cebu.LBC personnel told me that it will take 10 to 15 days fr ur cebu warehouse. Not only that the 2 boxes were separated. Which should not be.
