They ruined my clothes and refuse to pay for them - Consumer Complaint for British Laundry

I had some clothes dry cleaned by this establishment and 3 items came back horribly shrunken and completely ruined. The manager is extremely rude and refuses to talk to me about it. They will not give me any kind of compensation for the clothes they ruined.
