Terrible Service - Consumer Complaint for Viewbound Systems Technology VBHOSTNET

Firstly, I paid for a domain, they never registered it, neither did they refund. Their service is very poor. Their server just stopped working for over 3 months now. I have called the fix the problem many times. All to no avail. They barely take calls. And when they do, the guy keeps making false promises, never to fulfill any or fix the problem.
