Poor after sales service - Consumer Complaint for SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS (PTY) LTD - HEAD OFFICE



Hi waiting for an Exchange on my TV for six weeks now.
Poor service from Samsung.
Paying for DSTV for almost 2 months now and do not have a tv.
Samsung Costumer Care is useless, don't even help calling them any more!!!!!!
