Customer long waiting - Consumer Complaint for Mercury Drug - HEAD OFFICE

Cause of too much waiting of lots of customer and it is because of managers unable to correct his staff slow movement and only one cashier inefficiency of counting by standing going away from seat then talking more to colleagues without concern to customers waiting too much !!! Very prostrating waits !!!!
