Authorization Hold - Consumer Complaint for Security Bank

I used my Security Bank debit card to book a hotel back in February. The said booking was cancelled and the Hotel did not push through in collecting the money.

I am aware that banks would normally put the amount on hold in such scenarios but then release it after 24 to 48 hours. Which obviously did not happen. I waited for at least 30 days before filing a request to release the funds and got a message saying Ill need to wait for another 50 days. It has been more than 50 days and all I get from your support team is that they will follow up. This is unacceptable. I need my money released now! Dispute number 02818075.
