Complete fraud - Consumer Complaint for Chibyke Global Systems Limited

First, the company is just out to lure new individuals into the shipping business, he charged 589,000 for a shipment from china, i paid, when he saw how swift i paid, he brought up another charge and i informed him i am not longer interested that i found another shipping company to handle my shipment at a far more cheaper price with even a pay on delivery service. I asked for a refund.. and over a month, he has refused to pick my calls or respond to my emails and whatsapp message. Total fraud!.. I am making an official police report tomorrow to the Special Fraud Unit!.
