I bought a Dell laptop at the Incredible Connection Diamond Pavillion shop in Kimberley on 22/11/2020. I was told to register on their website for the 3 year warranty. On the same day I submitted the form provided on the website. The next day I did so again after I had gone back to the shop to ascertain where on the invoice I could find inter alia the "SKU number". On that occasion my submission included a copy of the invoice. After having received no response, I repeated this procedure on 1/12/2020, but still no warranty certificate was received. I have made use of the chat facility on the website and I have called customer service (0860 011 700), who just told me to submit another registration form, which I did.
Other than an email from incre***@jdg.co.za on 1/12/2020 (after having lodged a complaint), promising that I would be contacted by a representative, I have to date ("incredibly") not received any further response to my complaint. I have not been contacted by a representative, neither have I received the extended warranty that I am entitled to.
