Change to basic bonquet - Consumer Complaint for Startimes Uganda

I paid 20000 for basic and called 4times but I was not helped in changing from Nova to basic. Where by used to help us quickly but no days you put alot of traffic and we are using alot of airtime calling when we can't receive what we have paid for.
