Refusal to activate my account - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Nigeria
RECIPIENT
SportyBet NigeriaMy account was compromised by hackers in 8th November 2020,and 105 thousand naira was transferred from my bank account to my sportybet account,I tried all I could to retrieve the money but to no avail,one of thier agent ask me to stake a bet with the money and withraw only winnings that I can't withraw money been deposited,I stayed a bet and won,I was advice to restrict my account and verify my DOB on my bvn,I did that,now I want them to activate the account in order for me to make withdrawals,it's taking more than Forever to activate my account,,this is really frustrating
