Removal of some channels. - Consumer Complaint for Startimes Uganda

Dear star times management. I don't understand what's going on with removing of channels. Most of the entertaining channels have been removed, yet I paid 28k as per the increment. You increased the package yet the service is poor. You advertise a different thing, yet do a different. Please take care of your customers.
