Threat from a driver - Consumer Complaint for FAITH MOTORS

On Sunday 11th Oct, 2020. As at 10:40am your bus with number plate (BEN-37ZW) moved from Benin Akpakpava branch to Owerri.
It was my first time of going to Owerri and also my first time of boarding Faith motors. When we got to Onitsha, I informed the driver that I'll be alighting at CONTROL ROUNDABOUT in Owerri and I do not know anywhere since its my first time. The driver yelled at me and abused me for reasons best known to him. When I realised that the driver was acting weird on the steering and driving recklessing, I kept informing him at different intervals where I'll be alighting but he always kept mute. Meanwhile, I was seating at seat number 3 behind the driver.
Few hours later we arrived Imo State and passengers where alighting at different bus stops.
It was left with just a passenger on seat number 2 (a Hausa man) and myself. When we got to a fuel station named Dezurik, he drove in and said he isn't going to CONTROL ROUNDABOUT and I should get down from the bus. I asked him what the problem was as he has been acting very bad towards me since the journey began and he said, " Shebi na you dey complain say my motor too dirty from Benin and I tell you say make you no enter my motor and make you go find another motor enter you no hear me, I go deal with you for here if you no come down".
On hearing this, I realised that my comments regarding the state of his bus which was so dirty and oozing of bad smells made him ignore my question and requests all through the journey.
He threatened to deal with me after I informed him I will report him. I took his picture and the picture of his number plate.
I immediately checked online for their contact +2348064099501 (note, our tickets where taken from us on departure from Benin)called their Akpakpava branch in Benin to make complaints. The responsdent said she will get back to me. Till this day 14th Oct, 2020 I haven't been contacted.

Please appropriate actions should be taken as the driver said nothing can be done to him by anyone.
