Please be advised that I have been in and out of incredible connection clearwater mall with regards to my paper work for credit not being captured correctly on the system and so this worked up the back and fourth communication between a staff member at the Clearwater mall branch and a lady from head office. I do not appreciate the back and fourth thing on my end cause every time we upload my papers, head office finds an error at a time and it becomes a mission cause I get called to go into the branch and redo the process. The products really needed are for my children's school. Please can someone help get this resolved. I feel if someone from head office was kind enough to assist and go the extra mile to help the lady at the branch then things would have gone much smoother
