I bought a laptop and within 2 weeks it was already giving me problems. But I only took it in for repairs on the third week and now I could not get a replacement. I told them it was essential they work fast on it because I needed it for school projects but it’s been 9 weeks now. I’ve finished school and they don’t even call to give updates on the device unless I call in to ask. I am deeply disappointed and fed up and would just like my money back because this has made my life difficult and I really want nothing to do with a laptop that was broken before a month was even done after purchase
