Made a booking online.Got to the store said they are off line for a week and cannot receive any online bookings.Next there was no optometrist available at the store.Next their telephone lines is not working so they cannot call me back to say when an optometrist will be available.Next I must come back in a week or two and then they will see if they can assist me.PLEASE GO ON A CUSTOMER CARE /RELATIONS COURSE IN THE MEAN TIME WHILE YOU JUST SITTING AND DO NOTHING.Will never see me again.
