INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICEI recently purchased a drone online. Product was faulty and hence returned to store in Pavillion. Online advised refund will be processed and nobody is responding. Called store and nobody returns the call as they always busy. Online emails sent about 10 emails and nobody responds
