Not happy with the service at Turbo City - Consumer Complaint for Turbo City

Turbo CityAm not happy at all buy the service I got from Turbo City Booysens opposite police station... I thought they professional but I was totally wrong about it... On the 01/03/21 I brought my CLA200 Mercedes Benz car and I found Kenneth on reception with a lady I took him to my car to hear the noise on my turbo and that the turbo is not kicking and he said it needs repair and he said I need to strip it from the car and bring it so I took it to my mechanic and he took it out I bring it to Turbo City on the 02/03/21 found Kenneth again he told me it would cost me R5500 for repair and new shaft and I said OK work on it and on 04/03/21 called to check on turbo and found the lady on phone ask for Kenneth and she said his busy and he will call back and he never call back... On the 05/03/21 I call again and find Kenneth he said there will be price change because they need to order parts for my turbo to Cape Town and I didn't understand now why and my line cut off after 20mnts he call me and he said it will be R8500 and I said no that is a reduculise price may I speak to his manager and he said he will speak to him and come back to me... Waited and I call him back he said his manager says he cant go down I said let me speak to him and he said his not at work I ask how did u speak to him he said on his mobile phone and he said his not allowed to give his contact I said OK ask him to call me then and he never call... He promised I will get my turbo new and all parts are new on it by 08//03/21 and promised to call me when is ready but I don't think so... These people are not professional on client and as a workshop Ower I don't think I will work with Turbo City again or recommend my friends to them on that poor service they gave me and Kenneth his not fit to work their as a assistant because he don't know pricing and how important to give a client a feedback... As he work with turbo he should have known the correct price qoute as I took him to the car and hear the noise and turbo not kicking and I gave him turbo in his hands he should have ask for manager or technician to check it before he says its R5500 and after 3 days he says R8500 because we work with clients if I quote a client R6500 to remove turbo and replace it and he changes price to R8500 so how would I go back to the client and change price again I will look like am robing a client... Sorry but I won't used Turbo City again.. Let's wait and see how it goes tomorrow about my turbo being new as they promise and working with no noise that I complain about and that I will get a call from them that is ready... Brandon if u wanna save your business I think u need to take a look of my issue with a open mind eyes of business
