Delay in payment of claims - Consumer Complaint for B3 FUNERAL SERVICES - HEAD OFFICE

On 24th March 2021 I submitted a claim for my late mom and up to today the money hasn't being paid. When I took the policy I was told B3 pays its claims within 48 hours, this is breach of contract / promise.

The fact that B3 has many claims to pay has nothing to do with me, I just need money that's all. I suggest B3 gets extra hands to fast track the paying of claims if needs be.

I tried to speak to call in so I can speak to someone but the person who picked up the phone kept on speaking to other people and forgot about the call.

If the claim was already with your finance by the 24th, then what's causing the delay? It is so frustrating when there no form of communication from your side.

I suggest the money be paid with interest from the day it was supposed to have been paid.
