Reversal of 60gh debited from account - Consumer Complaint for Ecobank Ghana Ltd.

Last week Friday at 3:45pm one of ur agent called me that they have reserved my 60gh cedis into my account .but there is nothing shows that my account has been credited.so I need an immediate response of what happened.
