This is the worst trip I have ever done with GIGM. The irresponsible driver of my bus abandoned me at a dangerous spot at the outskirts of Benin, vehemently refusing to drop me off at the designated GIGM park within the city.
I was essentially stuffed into a tightly packed cab without apology and left to my fate.
This is completely unacceptable as it rubbishes the brand reputation GIGM has struggled to build over the years.
Employees like Mr Edjeba should not be allowed to continue to get away with such level of reckless disregard of their assigned responsibilities.
