Chicken Licken dry and unsatisfactory - Consumer Complaint for CHICKEN LICKEN

I ordered chicken licken on Friday. My chicken was dry, the salsa and cal saw that came with it was highly unappetizing. What I don't understand is that I've ordered from this particular place before(Chicken Licken Sunnyrock Germiston DELIVERY DFD51824937 26 Feb 2021) and the food was amazing, but on Friday the 26th of February the food was substandard.
