Good day, I am a very upset customer that has been treated very unfairly. Today 13.11.2020 I went to the Durban west street branch I got there at about 14:30 I needed a bank confirmation letter, i was sitting at the bank waiting for 1 and a half hours then I decided to go and move my car to a parking right across the street since it was going to get a ticket. When I returned to the bank I was told I cannot come inside they have closed, they even have the audesity to hand out my stuff that I left inside and I was already no.2 on the line having wasted my time waiting. I find this very disturbing since they saw me waiting and even moving my car. This is a very bad treatment specially since one the managers told me in my face that I am not allowed inside.
