Horrible Service - Consumer Complaint for Fedex Dar Es Salaam Tanzania

I’ve been using FedEx for quite sometime and lately I have been facing numerous issues like non response, late response. Customer service is “USELESS”. No one responds on the phones and Email takes ages to respond. Even if they respond they will simply write “we are working on it” every time. This is very frustrating. I need to talk to the manager concerned and I cannot get in touch because no one is taking the calls. The phone contact stated on the website is either wrong number or doesn’t work. How can one work like this. While I am writing this review I am still awaiting to receive my goods and it’s been more than 2 weeks now I am being thrown here and there with no success. This is a machine part awaiting to be replaced. My work is at standstill. Because the part was needed urgently that’s why we ordered via FedEx expecting to get things to be done faster but ALAS ! Instead we’ve are being screwed up. I happened to get such issue every now and then but always have a benefit of doubt. Isn’t this horrible ? Go to your website and see the reviews 2.5. ???How would you rate someone with this kind of review if I may ask ? I have another consignment from India but I have notified them to courier my goods with DHL. I am very much saddened that I have to write such complaint and I am pretty sure nothing will happen. The owners are just sitting hiding behind the scene doing nothing. This is what I feel. REGRETS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
