We deposit money to play online using different metjods on Gbets. One of the method is EFt. So i deposited money to thwir FNB acc at 12 bcz i wanted to play power ball. I sent email to sup***@gbets.com with proof of payment. It took gbets more than 3 emails 3 sms/ direct messages on their website to make my money appear on my gbets account. I lost a game because i didn't play. Few years we used to deposit money via bank and EFT and we gave them proof via whats app and things would go very fast. The method they are using now is not working for customers and to make things worse they ignore our emails string of messages on their website. That is not good for business and surely not good service for customers. They did not even apologised. Im so damn pissed off.
