Poor Service - Consumer Complaint for Transnet

TransnetMy shipment has been with DHL epxpress for over a month now. I did not receive any notification about the shipment's customs duty payments. I had to go in person to check for the customs duty payments.I ended up paying customs duty but I still dont have my goods up to now.Everytime I try to contact their call centre, they tell me about backlog.
