I walked into the company and made a purchase of a solar light from the office. Took it home,contracted a professional installer who installed it. After three days of constant sunlight no light from the system. I went to the company logged a complaints waited for days no statement from the company.Then I took the pain and revisited the office pleading with the company to make a statement only to be told to go home and bring the solar system back for verification and replacement of equipments. I did as instructed. Contracted the solar system installer to uninstalling of the solar system. I returned the solar system 150w but the replacement made to me was 100w I ask why the said the company representative told me that is all they could afford or I should supply my account details for refund. Barely 48hours I called the company only to be told a different information again. No refund of money no replacement. 08088241983.
