i have buy a land at Bandar Mahkota Banting under Andalas Development. According to contract, Andalas should provide necessary utilities connection to our land. Andalas still waiting for other development to ready the connections. I have buy the land since 2014 and my house is ready since 2017..Until now didnt get CCC because Andalas problem
