Arrogant staff, slow service and attitude - Consumer Complaint for CHICKEN LICKEN

I waited almost over an hour, when I stood at the counter telling the lady that she has passed my order number long ago, she blatantly ignored me. I would appreciate if disciplinary action be taken.
