Rotten wings - Consumer Complaint for CHICKEN LICKEN

CHICKEN LICKENI went to chicken licken Hillbrow to buy hotwing meal 8. I came back to work to enjoy my meal. While I was busy eating I noticed that some of the wings are not okay, but what confused me is that some where fine. At first I thought maybe I am wrong. Then I decided to open one wing and it was smelling bad. I was left with 3 wings when I go there. I asked for the manager and they told me that Nonhlanhla is the manager. I asked her to smell the wing and said its okay to her. She also asked one of all her employees and they confirmed that its fine to them. There was a lady who was waiting for her order and they asked her to smell the food and she said the wing is not okay. Nonhlanhla said there is nothing she can do and I must wait for the owner of the shop. I asked her what time is the owner coming and she said she does not know. I told her I'm on lunch and I need to go back to work. She didn't say anything and she just put 3 wings on the counter and didn't tell me anything. When my coleque noticed that I am not coming back he came to check and asked what's going on. I told him that they said I must wait for the owner and that's when they told me that my wings are on the counter. I was very furious as I waited for an hour busy searching for the cimplains department while I'm there and I was not winning. I ended up posting on Facebook hoping to get assisted. I am not pleased with the service and they don't treat ppl with respect. Hoping for this to change as the staff were very aware of this when mixing old wings and new wings. If I wanted this kind of service I would go to the ladies who sells at the streets. But I came to chicken licken to get good service and to be acknowledged.
