Product never received after down payment - Consumer Complaint for Awake Purified Drinking Water

Awake Purified Drinking WaterI picked the number off ghana yello and contacted. I got the breakdown of the product I wanted and request the medium to make payment and I was told by the gentleman to make part payment to awake ghana momo account then upon delivery I make payments of the balance. After payment on Friday the 30th of oct 20 we scheduled delivery for the Saturday the 31 and till date I never received any product or had my calls n messages returned. The gentleman comes online to read messages and refuses to respond. I really need some answers. If ur account or number has been compromised n someone is using that to scam. I have attached a copy of the number on ur page thru the chat. It’s unfortunate I can only attach only one photo of evidence.
