I have not received anything back from them not even a call - Consumer Complaint for INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICE



On the 8th of January 2021 I went to incredible connections and SouthGate shopping centre mall to return my Skullcandy method wireless earphones that was still under 1 year warranty one side was faulty today is the 15th of February 2021 more than 21 working days later and I have still not received anything not even a phone call notifying me of any delays they could be facing I have attempted calling them multiple times for the first call I was told that I'll be put through to its condition and no one answered on the other side I tried calling again and I believe that my call might have been rejected.
