Transfer of contract - Consumer Complaint for Allsolar Namaqua (Pty) Ltd

I have been a Vodacom client for more than 20 years and I current have several contracts linked to my account QC194500. One of my contracts is due for an upgrade and I want to transfer it to my company since I am mostly using it for business purposes. Your call center however is sending me from pillar to post, but clearly unable if not outright unwilling to assist. Can someone please contact me to resolve the query?
