They can't refund my investment - Consumer Complaint for Regent Insurance Co Ltd

I have cancelled and investment with them due to personal reasons. Since the 9th Sept 2020 till now 28 Sept they're reluntent to refund me my contributions from March to September. I am so dissapoint why they should treat my case like this!
