On september 22 2020 i came to the abuja terminal at utako, after clearing my ticket, my lauggage was stole inside the waiting launge, i quickly called the attention of the branch manager Mr. Shola, he totally neglected my request and refused attending to me, he kept on delaying till my bus boarded and since then has refused to take my calls or give me a feedback on the cctv camera feed. Till now, my documents, laptop,backup hardrives , ID cards, atms,personal belongs, was in that bag. I have been to abuja again to complain yet i still get that push away attitude from him, he refused even seeing me or wanting to address the issue
