I purchased a laptop from this store on 30 April 2019. 2 Weeks later an update ran and my son, not knowing he had to restart, did a shutdown after it reached 100%, the hour being late and him being sleepy. As a result, it wouldn't restart the next morning. I called the store and the manager told me they did not cover software issues under the warranty. Imagine my dismay, having to spend more money after having saved for so long to be able to afford a laptop for my son who had just started university, as well as being a single parent. I think Incredible connection could have assisted me with my 2-week old Asus. I will never support this store again, my family, colleagues and friends were as appalled at the poor service I received.
