Invoice paid, no delivery - Consumer Complaint for HiTech Surgical

I ordered different Instruments from HiTech, the invoice was paid in Advance. For a unknown reason HiTech added a fake CE Logo on the Instruments, because of the fake CE Logo the Instruments where stopped by german customs and send back to Pakistan. HiTech promised me a new delivery, till today nothing did arrive and my e-mails are no answered anymore.
