Terrible service - Consumer Complaint for INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICE

I purchased a new Epson L565 printer a few years ago. Recently the printer was taken to Incredible Connection for repairs and they replaced the printer head. Got the printer back and everything was working fine. Until I tried to scan and noticed that the feeding tray was missing on top of the printer. Took the printer back where they replaced the tray with no explanation why someone broke it. Got printer back. At some stage I tried to scan again, but the feeder was not taking the paper. Suppose the tray they fitted was not for this model. Took printer back again. They fitted another paper tray and replaced the printer head again. Don't know who damaged the head? Took this branch more than a week to send it in for repairs. Got my printer back 11 March. But I am unable to make copies or print. Printer giving me a paper jam error. Incredible Connection says I must take it up with their repairer??? This is bullshit.
