I have placed this order 10 hours ago and now my daughter is in the store waiting as she badly needs the medication

To this moment the order has not been processed. The branch is contacting the call centre and yet nobody answers. Isn’t call centers for customers and your staff should be able to call direct numbers

The response of your team doesn’t seem to coincide with the urgency required for the type of goods you are selling
