Account verification - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Nigeria

About a week ago.
I complained I couldn't withdraw from my sportybet account. That the account used in making the first withdrawal isn't mine. I was told to exercise patience, that I should send my ATM details , valid ID card, registered sportybet number and error message I received .

I have done all that but still no response from sportybet.
Anytime I call them there busy my call. I have never heard any customer care line is been busied.. I have funds in my sportybet more a week getting to two weeks now I can't withdraw it and sportybet has told me to exercise patience.
