Disrespectful employee - Consumer Complaint for Postnet Head Office

I went into the postnet Hatfield branch in Pretoria. I needed to print something out for an appointment I had. The lady assisting me asked what my email address is and when I gave it to her, she assumed my name is Vivian in which it is not, my name is Ruvimbo. She made a snide remark about not been able to pronounce foreign African names as she is Zulu and so it’s not her problem. Her and the other female employ laughed about it whilst I was in the store. I felt deeply offended and disrespected. Please work on customer service and etiquette, as that was very dissatisfying.
