Laksiri Cargo ServicesI used Laksiri Cargo to send a personal cargo to Sri Lanka and the cargo reached the destination after 4 weeks. Even with delay it was in pieces. It was not even properly packed, not even boxed even though they billed me for all that. There were liquid detergents which was spilled all over and have spoiled the whole cargo. I attached a picture of how the cargo was received at the destination. No one is taking any responsibility for this and we are being charged for this kind of service. I am unemployed and the money spent buying all these things for the family back home was wasted. This sort of business shouldn’t be allowed to operate If this is the kind of service they provide

Comment Glen Carriers has confirmed that the ship from London has already arrived in Sri Lanka, but when I keep on tracking I get the message that it is still in transit. Why is it that the consignee is not given true information? Invoice No. 43632
