We have issue in wardrobe calling customer service everyday but they dont coperate i requested them to change i can pay extra for new model there was one supervisor mr. yahya he told me that he will help regarding this issue later i am calling everyday staff from customer service saying sometime he is in meeting sometime on lunch break but transfering the call. Checking staff came and checked the items and they told us thAt we can request thEm for new model as its already damaged.

Exactly the same thing happening to me. They are not good and not professional in customer service and after-sales services. STRONGLY NOT RECOMENDED & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES
