I ordered a mobile phone, due to delivery issues I requested to cancel the order which they canceled and I asked for the refund which they agreed at that time.
After that they didn't respond to my emails or calls.
Upto now its almost 2 years and I am still waiting for my refund. I cannot do anything legally because I am residing and living in Saudi Arabia.
